update
With a total of $2277.83 I only need to raise roughly $225 dollars more! Thank you everyone who donated! and for supporting me! I have landed a program and project, both of which have taken me on a extremely strange route... It was not what i expected.. but i think its BETTER :p
I will be going through a VERY small program called World of Volunteering, and will be living with my old host family for 5 weeks. I wanted to work in renovation, but i saw this project and i had a reaction to it that caused me to believe it was meant to be? I will be working at Jesus mi Luz. Jesus mi luz is an orphanage for approximately 50 boys from the ages 6-15. In fact, all the boys do have parents but have been abandoned or victim of domestic violence and sexual abuse. All the boys stay at the orphanage because of an indication of a family judge. In the orphanage, the boys get immediate psychological, medical and educational help. They stay there, however, only for a limited period of time, which is not longer than two years. After that, they either return to their families or the orphanage tries to find a new family for them. If this is not possible, they are transferred to other orphanages in Cusco that have a “family-approach”, which means that a substitute mother in another orphanage is going to take care of the children. If you would like to make a donation to the trip, or to the children of this project... PLEASE contact me!!! thank you!!!:D

“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.” ― Apple Inc.
